Sohema was originally developed in collaboration with a group of case management experts and human services organizations. Since its origin, it has been modified to incorporate new functionalities that support best practices for program management and file management standards.

In light of the increasing number of our customer organizations who are being accredited, the application has also been designed so that organizations meet and exceed the requirements of accreditation bodies.
