First Nations Wellness Counselling Programs

Our Pathways configuration contains functionality to support counselling case management software needs for first nations communities. Holistic care principles of First Nations communities places a high level of importance on mental and spiritual wellbeing of the community members. With Sohema’s Pathways modules, community program managers and leaders can track a wide variety of wellness program outcomes, both at the individual and program levels.

Pathways provides the tracking and reporting tools for programs such as:
